Today we will be dealing with a prayer for husband to stop gambling. According to the dictionary, gambling is defined as the act of playing for stakes with the hope of winning. Frequently, gambling involves paying with money, and men mostly do it. Some so many men are still hooked in the chain of gambling. It would interest you to know that gambling is one of the means through which the devil hold people to ransom. Many lives have been destroyed because of gambling; many people have sold their birthright on the altar of gambling.

It becomes a thing of great concern when the man of the house becomes addicted to gambling. As a wife, you would not even enjoy the income of your husband because of gambling. This has rendered many husbands incapacitated in the house. Today, God wants to take away the addiction and help men to leave the habit of gambling. For the scripture says any tree that has not been planted by God shall be uprooted from the root. Today, we will lift our voices unto the heavens for the total liberation of our husbands from the bondage of gambling. No matter how high a man is earning, if he is addicted to gambling, it will always look like he is a pauper because gambling is a suckling filament that swallows up the finances of people.

• Father Lord, my husband’s heart has been taken by gambling, and he doesn’t even find the type of comfort and happiness he sees in gambling in me his wife. Gambling has become a new source of hope and joy. Father, I pray that you will cause him to have an encounter with you, an encounter that he would not recover from in a rush. The type of encounter that will change him for life, father Lord, I pray that you will cause him to have it in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, you are the creator of all things through a source of light and wisdom, father Lord, you are the origin of all being. I pray that you will let the light of your knowledge chase out the darkness of his understanding. I pray that you will touch his heart and change his mind towards gambling, I decree that you will give him a better understanding of you Jesus. And understanding that will change his entire being, I decree that you will give it to him in the name of Jesus.
• Father Lord, I decree that from today, you will cause him to lose interest in gambling. I decree that you will create a disparity; you will cause a wall to be built between him and gambling. From today, I decree by the authority of heaven that he will detest gambling, and he will never go back to it in the name of Jesus. Father Lord, I pray that you will grant him the strength to move on without gambling in the name of Jesus. I pray that you will give him the grace not to remember it anymore in the precious name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, I pray that you will fill him with your power and grace, the grace sufficient enough for him to bid a farewell to gamble, I pray that you will grant him that grace in the name of Jesus. Lord Jesus, I decree by your power that you will free my husband from the demon of gambling, I decree that you will set him free from the bondage that gambling has kept him, I announce his liberation from gambling in the name of name of Jesus.
• Father in heaven, I pray that you will create a new heart in my husband. A heart that is clean and pure, a heart that knows you Jesus and understand the nature of Christ, I pray that you will create it in him in the name of Jesus. Lord Jesus, I pray that you will also create in him a your holy spirit, the creature says if the power that raised Jesus Christ of Nazareth from the dead dwells in us, it will quicken our mortal body. I decree that the holy spirit of God that will quicken his mortal body, the power of the most high that will strengthen his human nature to desist from every evil vices, I decree that you will give it to him in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, the scripture says, declare a thing, and it shall be established. I decree that from henceforth, my husband is free from gambling in the name of Jesus. I decree that the demon of gambling losses its power over the life of my husband in the name of Jesus.
