Today we have been led by the spirit of God to engage ourselves with prayer points against evil bosses. A wicked is no different from a slave master and can be likened to a modern-day Pharaoh that will hold his employees captive as long as they work for him.

Your work under an evil will be less productive as you will be overwhelmed with the fear of making mistakes that will get your boss angry. Practically, you will worship your boss and adore him. If care is not taken, such a boss will almost take the place of God in your life. But you know, the scripture makes us understand that the heart of man and king is in the hands of the Lord, and he directs them like a flow of water. Remember the story of Esther, how God changed the heart of the king towards her. God can equally change the heart of your evil boss against you.
Unless there is a change, you will be badly oppressed at the workplace by that boss of yours. God will break down every evil enchantment upon your boss that makes him/her act the way they do, and you will see a noticeable change. When God promises to do something, He will stop at nothing until he gets that thing done. I pray by the grace of the most high, God will touch the heart of your boss, and he will soften his hardened heart against you in the name of Jesus.
As you begin to study this prayer guide, God will visit that boss in his sleep, he will see God in every way, and this will birth a new turnaround in the way and manner he treats his workers.

- Lord God, I thank you for the grace to secure this job. I thank you for granting me the rare privilege to be able to secure employment with an esteemed organization like this. Let your name be exalted in the name of Jesus.
- Lord God, I pray to you today over the life of my boss. I pray that you will touch him by your power in the name of Jesus. Every evil counsel on him to work against me in that organization, I break such counsel today in the name of Jesus. Father, I pray that you will touch the heart of my boss. For the scripture says you have the heart of man and king in your hands, and you direct it like the flow of water. I pray by the authority of heaven that you will touch the heart of my boss today in the name of Jesus. Give him a loving heart for him to treat his employees well in the name of Jesus.
- Every projection of the enemy in the life of my boss to frustrate, I come against you by the power of the Holy Ghost. Every plan of the enemy to use my boss as a means of frustration for me in this organization, I destroy such plans in the name of Jesus. I nullify every plan of the enemy against me in the name of Jesus. I announce by the power of the Most High that the counsel of the Lord alone will stand over my life.
- Every strongman or giant that has enchanted my boss against me, I frustrate your plans today in the name of Jesus. I decree that the power of the Most High will touch my boss today and break every evil veil that has been used to cover his eye unto sanity, every chain of slavery that has been given to him to hold his employees captive, I break such chain today in the name of Jesus. I come against every covenant of witchcraft upon my life in this organization. I destroy their plans by the fire of the Holy Ghost.
- I come against every demonic power that my evil boss is using to intimidate me at the workplace. I set them ablaze today in the name of Jesus. I set myself from the stronghold of my evil boss, I break down all his demonic powers over me, from now, I take my freedom by force. I decree absolute libration for me in the name of Jesus. Never again will I be intimidated by his scheme or powers in the name of Jesus.
- I paralyze every evil power that is used against me at the workplace. For it has been written, no weapon fashioned against me shall prosper. Every power that is used against me by my evil boss is nullified in the name of Jesus. The blood of the lamb destroys all powers of my evil boss in the name of Jesus.
- Lord Jesus, by reason of the blood that you shed on the cross of Calvary, I break every evil covenant that I have unknowingly signed with my evil boss. Every evil covenant that I have ignorantly entered with my evil boss, which he is now using against me, I come against it by the blood of the lamb. By virtue of the blood of the lamb that speaks righteousness than the blood of Abel, I break every evil covenant between my boss and me today in the name of Jesus.
- Lord, I break every Influence of my evil boss on my career in the name of Jesus. I free myself from his influence in the name of Jesus. For it has been written, he that the son set free is free. Indeed, I announce my freedom today in the name of Jesus.
- O Lord, arise and let your enemies be scattered. Let every evil man and woman that surrounds me be consumed by the fire of the Holy Ghost. Lord, arise for my sake today and free me from the stronghold of my boss in the name of Jesus.
- Every diabolical power used against me at the workplace ceases to work from today in the name of Jesus. For I carry the mark of Christ, let no man trouble me, I come against every power that has been stationed to harm me in the name of Jesus.

I thank you for this prayer. My boss is so wicked. I just don’t understand how anyone can carry a heart of evil with them each day, how sad. Please help me not hate this person, I spoke these words of hatred today Lord forgive me. This women made me come out my pocket for an event for my seniors that she was suppose to pay for. Evil pure evil, than asked could she help after I paid for the food. I just can’t understand this mean evil women. Lord please give me the strength to come to work everyday for my seniors. The sad thing is she use to be my friend and I really did love her. But once she got mad at me, she changed to an evil person.

Thank you for these prayers . I been so sick , out of work since sept .17 2021 and returned Jan 17 2021 and now it feels like my boss changed rules and gave my position to someone under me . I been back almost 2 weeks and I still working as a slave while everyone stands around.
My husband boss has vow to get him sacked between 1st of June to 30th of November despite all his efforts to places her.. if she does not repent, I pray that she goes down for his sake in Jesus mighty name.
My boss have discriminated against because of my gender. He gives me assignment to complete by a deadline but then he have me in meeting every week, have me processing checks. He put every obstacles so I cannot complete my job. He say nasty things to me. He use my co-worker to spy against me by having him come to my desk to see what I am working on. My co-worker and boss sits with each other and polite against me on different work assignments. My boss constantly messing with me every week, he try to finds something to keep me in meetings with him. He so evil and he do not have a care in the world about me. My co-worker can leave to for hour for lunch without my boss looking for him. My boss do not give him hard work assignments or he do not have to process payments. My boss have upper management thinking that I do not know my job and I am lazy. He subjective judges me and he likes to make my life miserable. Nothing I do is right and he interrogate me in meetings. I pray that my boss and my co-worker show there true character to upper management and the commissioner.
