Prayer Points Against Time Wasting Spirit

Today we will be dealing with prayer points against time wasting spirit. What do you understand by time wasting spirit? They are hindrances and forces that makes the journey of ten days become ten years. They waste the time and age of a man. It could come in any form and any type. Time wasting spirit could come in form of human, it could be a plague or disease and it could be behaviour. These spirits stop human from achivening their full potentials in life.

Abraham encountered this time wasting spirit. For years Abraham and his wife Sarah were looking up to God for the fruit of the womb. Although it is important to know that God is never too late. However, there are blessings that one should achieve at a certain age and time. Until he was a hundred years of age before he begat a son. Meanwhile, Abraham had Ismail before Isaac. However the covenant of God for Abraham’s seed was not on ismail. In fact God regarded Isaac as the only child of Abraham at some point.

The blind man at the pool of Bethesda is another great example of one who time was wasted. The bible recorded in the book of John 5:5 Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years.When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?” For thirty eight years the man could not do anything meaningful with his life due to his inability to see.

Meanwhile, the angel of the Lord comes every year to stir the water and whoever gets into first will be healed from any infirmity that trouble him. This man could not still gain entry into the river for thirty eight years. So for that donkey years his life was on a standstill, no obvious improvement until Christ visited the scene. I pray for anyone suffering from any form of plague that has hindered them from moving forward in life, may the right hand of Jehovah touch you this moment in the name of Jesus.

There are so many people whose progress in life has been disrupted by one thing or the other. Some, it could be madness, others could suffer from blindness or a defiant behavior that will hinder them from progressing in life. I stand as an oracle of God, any form of limitation that the enemy has placed in your life to hold you down, I decree by the authority of heaven an end come to it this moment in the name of Jesus. Every form of bondage that is wasting your time in life, that is turning the journey of ten days to ten years, I rebuke it in your life in the name of Jesus.

There is a need for you to check your life and monitor the progress you have achieved in recent times. Jacob despite having the covenant of God over his life suffered terrible set back at some point. Even Esau who was not the child of covenant was ten time bigger and more successful that Jacob was. Until the day Jacob became conscious that time was going already, that was when he had an encounter with the angel that changed his life. If you feel you need to pray, let’s pray together.

Prayer Points

• Lord Jesus, I come before you today to let you know my trouble. My growth and personal development been put on hold by some unseen forces, wasting my time and resources, holding me bound to a spot without visible growth. I ask that by your power, you will seperate me and this unseen for es in the name of Jesus.
• I come against every power of hinderances, holding me to a spot in life. I come against it by the fire of the holy ghost. Every demonic bondage from the pit of hell that has stopped my growth in life, I break free from you today in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, as you saved the blind man at the pool of Bethesda, I ask that you will come into my life today in the name of Jesus. I know that when you step into a situation, things will automatically turn around for good. I pray that by your mercy, you will step into the situation of my life in the name of Jesus.
• Lord God, every form of sickness, plague, or disease that the enemy is using to limit me, holding me to a spot in life, I pray that you will heal me today in the name of Jesus.
• Every relationship that I’m into that is wasting my time, turning the journey of few days into the journey of several years; I pray that you will scatter such relationship in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I pray that you will separate me and every evil man that will hinder me from achieving success in life; I pray that you will separate us today in the name of Jesus. Lord God, if you had not caused a divine separation between Abraham and Lot, Abraham would have wasted so much time in a particular spot without fulfilling the purpose of his existence. I pray by your mercy; you will separate me and every time-wasting human in my life right now in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I come against every satanic behavior that the enemy has put in my life to waste my time. Every form of behavioral mistake that the enemy has put in my life to waste my time, to delay me from attaining success, I pray that by fire, you will take away such behaviors from me today in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, every plan and schedule of the enemy to waste my time in life is canceled by fire in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, every monitoring device that the enemy is using to monitor my progress to create a delay in my success, I pray that such device catches fire this moment in the name of Jesus.
