What is Self Stimulation?

I keep going back to watching pornography and masturbating, and the more I do it, the more I’m trapped in the act, and in shame , I need your help to quit , help me Lord and cast me not away from your presence
5. Galatians 5:16 – I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Help me to be filled with the holy spirit so that I can have self control and not lust after the flesh.
6. Take away from me any form of immoral and ungodly thoughts.
7. Fill me and restore your Holy Spirit to me.
8. Let your blood of Jesus cleanse me and purify me and renew my conscience.
9. Set me free from guilt and shame.
10. Give me a new identity in Christ, in the name of Jesus Christ.
11. Help me to overcome the devil and the evil thoughts and temptations that comes in when I’m mover to watch pornography or masturbate

19. I’m redeemed and set free. I shall not fall into the trap of pornography and self stimulation again
