We receive them when we are baptized and in alignment with sanctifying grace, the life of God within us, for example, when we receive a sacrament worthily, when we are in one accord with God, when we give our heart totally to Jesus Christ and walk according to His purpose and will just as the disciples of Christ waited patiently with one faith and mind.
