Prayer Points For The Church

Today we will be dealing with prayer points for the church. The church is the end time vehicle that convey people to the throne of salvation. If the church should fail in its purpose, many souls will be damned. The gate of hell will always try to attack the church and make it fail in its duty of bringing people to Christ. Jesus, when speaking about Peter said Matthew 16:18 Now I say to you that you are Peter (which means ‘rock’), and upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.

If Peter had failed, the gospel would have been abated. Praying for the success of the church is synonymous to praying for ourselves. We are the Peter that Christ is building the church upon and until we start living the true creed of our calling, the gate of hell will prevail over the church. Today I pray, every attempt from the devil to ruin your Christian life, I destroy that attempt today in the name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Points For The Church

• Father in heaven, your word says surely they shall gather, but for our sake, they will fall. Lord, we counter every attack that the enemy is planning for the church, and we nullify them by the power in the name of Jesus.
• I decree the fire of God upon any gathering that does not want the church to succeed in it purpose on earth, I destroy them by fire in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, your purpose for the church will not be fulfilled if the battle should overcome the church, we destroy every arrow that is shot at the church, and we destroy it in the name of Jesus.
• We come against every demonic and evil gathering against the church, and we pray that the fire of God Almighty should begin to consume the enemy in the name of Jesus.
• Father, we pray that concerning the church, your counsel and counsel alone shall stand. The blood of the lamb destroys every schedule and plan of the enemy to make the church fail.
• Lord Jesus, we are the church, the physical building is just a place of abode, but the church is we the people. We destroy all the attacks of the evil over our lives in the name of Jesus.
• Jehovah, the purpose of the church is to build people to have a consistent koinonia with you, if the church should fail, the purpose for its establishment will be defeated. We ask that you will strengthen the church in the name of Jesus.
• Father, until your second coming, grant the church the strength to resist every attack of the devil that is launched at it in the name of Jesus.
• Father, we ask for spiritual strength so that we can quickly identify the gimmicks of the enemy that could cause the church to fall in the name of Jesus.
• The purpose of your church is to liberate people from spiritual darkness, any power or scheme that wants to hinder the church should be blinded in the name of Jesus.
• Father in heaven, I come before you this day because of the relentless attacks of false prophets demonic saints that won’t let be rest. I pray that you will give me victory over them in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I pray that the power of God Almighty will go into the church, every form of death is revived in the name of Jesus. For it has been written, if the power of Him that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you, it will quicken your mortal body. I decree that the power of ressurection enter into the church in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I pray that you will sanctify our lives and make it holy and acceptable in your sight in the name of Jesus. I pray that you will teach and walk us on the part of righteousness. We refuse to be a slave to sin, we refuse to be a slave to the power of hell and torment of death. Every dead vessels in the church should receive life in the name of Jesus.
• For it has been written, Whatever tree my father has not planted shall be uprooted. Lord I pray that your power will go round the church today, every goat, every wolf in sheep clothing, I pray that the power of the lord will flush them out in the name of Jesus. Every man and woman that needs to be flushed out, I pray that the power of God will flush them out in the name of Jesus.
• The scripture says when the lord restore the captive of Zion we were like those who dream. Lord, I pray that you shall restore the glory of the church in the name of Jesus. The glory of the latter shall surpass the former saith the lord of host. I pray that by your mercy, you will bring the church to the latter glory in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I pray for a consistent fire to begin to burn upon the altar of the church and upon the altar of our lives in the name of Jesus. For it has been written on this rock I will build my church and the gate of hell shall not prevail. Lord, I pray that by your mercy, you will grant the church victory over the gate of hell in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I pray that you will help all the church elders and spiritual leaders in the name of Jesus. I pray for a perfect understanding of the man called Christ for all church elders and spiritual leaders in the name of Jesus. Grant them a better understanding of you in the name of Jesus. That they will not come on the altar and preach heresy to people, let them know you more in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, for every church member, lord grant them the grace to be in the right standing with you in the name of Jesus. I come against the power of sin in the life of every church member, grant them the grace to live a righteous life in the name of Jesus.
