Prayer Points on Making a Difference

Today we will be dealing with Prayer Points on Making a Difference. This prayer can help us make a positive impact in the world. We are in this world only for a while but God has created us to make a difference in the world. The scripture said in the book of Daniel 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. As believers, we are meant to do great exploits. We are supposed to take over the earth and dominate every sphere of life. However, we find it difficult to do this many times. Often than not, we are being confronted by the harsh realities of life. The enemy sometimes wage war against us hindering us from making impact.

Things That Hinder Us From Making a Difference 

Here are two things that can hinder us from making impact in the world.

1. Sin

We are created to rule the world. We are created for signs and wonders. However, one of the things that can stop us from truly living up the essence of our creation is sin. The scripture said the eyes of the Lord Isaiah 59:2 But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. Sin creates barrier between us and God and that’s why the Lord’s face is hidden from us.

2. Disobedience 

Disobedience to God can ruin so many things in our lives. Remember the story of the ten servants in the book of Luke 19:13. Their masters gave them all different gifts and he told them to do business with it. The one that was given five worked harder and got five more talents. Same as the one that was given three. The one that was given one gift went to bury the gift. In the end, their master collected it from him and gave it to the one with ten gifts. When we disobey the masters Command, it hinder us from making impact.

I decree by the authority of heaven, you shall not fail purpose. The grace to to do great exploit shall come upon you today in the name of Jesus Christ. I ask for the grace to make a difference, I decree that it comes upon you this moment in the name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Points on Making a Difference

• Oh God thank you for creating me beautifully and wonderfully, Psalms chapter 139:13-14, For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. Thank you Jesus.
  
• Thank you Jesus for creating me to make impact with those I come across with. Psalms chapter 8:4-5,what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?,You made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honor. I bless you God, be exalted in Jesus name.
  I pray for my personal transformation, that i may become the best version of myself.
• I ask for the strength to overcome my weaknesses and the courage to face my fears. Grant me the wisdom to make the right decisions and the discipline to follow through with them.
• I ask for a renewed mind, that i always see things in a positive light, help me to always think positively and reject negative thoughts.
• I ask for a heart of gratitude, that i always appreciate the blessings in my live instead of complaining and not take them for granted.
• I ask for the ability to forgive others around me and myself, and to let go of bitterness and resentment.
• Only the holy spirit maketh one alive, I pray for spiritual growth, that i may be deeply rooted in faith and guided by divine wisdom of God. I pray for hunger and thirst for the word of God, that i may be nourished by its truth and inspired by its power. I pray for growth.  
• Oh Lord I ask for a deeper connection with you in all my endeavors so that I can be impactful to everyone around me and the world will speak of your glory in me.
  I pray I experience your presence and God’s love.
• I ask for the fruit of the Spirit – love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control – to be evident in my lives so that people around me will see my bear good fruit and glorify my Father in Heaven.
  Oh Lord my Father and my Creator, grant me the gift of making a difference wherever I step my feet into. Matt 5vs 13 to 16;You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men. 14 “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
• God I understand that as i go about my day, i will encounter many challenges and opportunities to make a difference. I’m praying for wisdom that will help me discern the best course of action in each situation. I ask oh God to please guide me and give me insight into how i can make the biggest impact.
• I’m praying Oh Lord for courage, it takes someone who is courageous to make a difference and it often requires stepping out of our comfort zones and taking risks. Im praying for courage that will help me overcome my fears and take bold action. Lord, give me the strength and bravery i need to make a difference in the world.
• God, your heart is full of compassion for your children, give me a heart that will always have compassion for others. Help me Lord to always cultivate empathy and understanding for those i seek to serve. God give me a heart that is open to the needs of others and a willingness to serve them selflessly.
