Today we are going to be engaging in prayer points for workers in the church. Church workers are the foot soldiers that help to make things happen in any church. These young men and women are volunteer workers, that means they are not paid for their services. Church workers are watchmen in the house of God, the help the pastor to see to it that things continually run smoothly in the house of God. Todays prayer points is for every church worker, everyone that is active in one way or another in their church, as you pray this prayer points for your self, you shall see the rewards of your labour come speedily in Jesus name.

God is not looking for whom to use, rather, He is looking for whom to bless. As a worker in the church, you are also a co labourer in the vineyard of God, and every labourer in the house of God is worthy of His wages, 1 Timothy 5:18. Whether you serve God as a chorister, usher, prayer band, evangelism unit, hospitality unit, God who sees your labour shall reward your service. There is no future for an idle person in the House of God, you are either working for God or working against God, therefore as pastors, we must encourage all our church members to become active church workers, the body of Christ need as many church workers as it can get. Jesus said, the harvest i plenteous but the labourers are few, Matthew 9:37. We need more workers in our churches and as many that volunteer to serve God in that capacity, God is obligated to reward there labour in Jesus name. This prayer points for workers in the church, is to strenghten church workers, to endue them with fresh grace for tireless service and also to pray for ther heavenly rewards. How Do You Pray For Workers In The Church? 

First you must know that these laborers are not called to used and dumped. They are called to blessed of the Lord. So when you pray, pray with cautiousness knowing that the devil is not far from them to ensure that they miss their blessings. The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few, that’s what the scripture said. When you want to pray, pray like this:

• Father Lord, I thank you over the lives of all the workers working passionately in your house. Thanks for choosing these ones, thanks for setting them aside to do your work. I pray that you continue to keep them. Do not let their souls be won by the enemy. Protect them. Grant them the grace to stand with you till the very end. And when the roll is called on the last, let them be worthy to reign with you in eternity.
• Father Lord, I pray for all the laborers in your vineyard. Strengthen their faith, do not allow them be swayed away by the enemy. Do not let the enemy infiltrate the church through them. Help them so that they will not bring a stain to the church in the name of Jesus Christ.
