10 Prayer Points Against Stagnation

Today we will be dealing with 10 Prayer points against stagnation. Stagnation is define as the state of no obvious progress. Life is in stages and men are in sizes. For every stage that a man attain in life there is a blessing attached to it. However, when it seems everything about man is not moving forward, when it seems nothing is increasing aside from the age of a man, that means such an individual is affected by the demon of stagnation.

At one point in Abraham’s life, he had to contend with the demon of stagnation. Everything about Abraham’s life was fine except the fact that he was childless and he was growing old. This means that stagnation can affect a segment of our life as human and it can affect everything that concerns us as human. In the case of Abraham, he was prosperous and God was pleased with him. But when it comes to having children, everything about Abraham remained the same like the day he was born. Similarly in our lives, there are segment of our life that could be affected by the demon of stagnation. It could be our marriage, it could be in our career, it could be anything.

My years in ministry, I have counseled and prayed for so many people. There are some people who have never experienced any visible growth since they started working. They have remained in one position since they the first thing they got into job and and they never got promoted. That is the demon of stagnation, it will hold the life of a man to a spot and hinder growth in the life of a man. This demon can also be regarded as the time wasting demon. It will practically turn the journey of two years into twenty years and make attainment of full potential become an impossible task to do. We will praying earnestly against this demon and we are trusting God that people will be free from the demon of stagnation.

Prayer Points:

• Heavenly Father, I come before you today, I pray that you will take away the demon of stagnation affecting my life in the name of Jesus. I come against every time wasting demon wasting my time. Every demon turning the journey of days into years, every power that won’t allow me attain my full potential in life, I destroy such spirit in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, I pray that the power of God will elevate me at my place of work. Every power that has made it difficult for me to grow or get promotion, I pray that by the fire of the Holy Ghost, God will take it away in the name of Jesus. I pray by the power in the name of Jesus, the spirit of acceleration come upon me right now in the name of Jesus. I receive a spiritual speed to grow into the level that I should have attained in my work in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I come against every spirit of stagnation that the enemy has sent to torment me.
• Lord, the scripture says in the book of Joel 2:25-27 I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you. “You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you. And my people shall never again be put to shame. You shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God and there is none else. And my people shall never again be put to shame. I stand on the promise of this word, I pray for restoration of all the years that the demon of stagnation has destroyed for me in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, I pray by the authority of heaven, every spirit of stagnation in my life is destroyed by the fire of the holy ghost. From today, I decree that I become unstoppable for any power of stagnation and limitation in the name of Jesus. Every power of delay, lose your hold over my life in the name of Jesus. I annoint myself with the grace of speed, I’m unstoppable in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I come against every demon of delay that rules my family. Every demon of stagnation that my forefathers have covenant with that is affecting the life of every member of the family, I come against you today in the name of Jesus. I decree by the authority of heaven, every demonic covenant between my lineage and the demon of stagnation in the name of Jesus. I key into the covenant that was made possible by the blood of Christ, I come against every other evil covenant working against me in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, every demonic rope that has been used to tie me to a spot, I cut such ropes by the fire in the name of Jesus. Every demonic chains that has been used to hold me to spot, I break free from you today by the fire in the name of Jesus. I decree that the angel of the lord will go forth and destroy every evil rope or chain that has been used to tie to a spot making it difficult to grow successfully, I break those ropes in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I come against every Prophet of baal that has been sent from the Kingdom of hell to bring me down, every demonic prophet that the enemy has sent into my life to tie me down to a spot, I call the fire of the God of Elijah to come upon you all today in the name of Jesus. I rebuke you over my life in the name of Jesus. I decree by the authority of heaven that you will leave my life and crawl back to the deep where you came from in the name of Jesus.
• I pray that the fire of God almighty will come upon me and set every garment of stagnation upon me ablaze in the name of Jesus. Every garment or uniform that has been placed on me making it possible for the demon of stagnation to recognise me as one of it prey, I destroy such garments today in the name of Jesus.
• Every demonic yoke or load that has put on me in the Kingdom of darkness, making it difficult for me to progress in life, I break such yokes today in the name of Jesus. The scripture says by the annointing every yoke shall be destroyed. I destroy every evil yoke working against my growth in life in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, I come against every arrow of stagnation that the enemy has sent into my life, I pray that it looses it potency in the name of Jesus. I decree by the authority of heaven such arrow returns to its sender in seven fold in the name of Jesus. The scripture says no weapon fashion against me shall prosper, I pray that every demonic arrow of stagnation will lose its power over me in the name of Jesus.
