Today we will be dealing with prayer points for morning protection and covering. The fact remains, life is filled with so much terror. The life of a man is like a breeze. You are here this moment, and the next moment, you are gone. One can’t even tell what will would happen in the next minute. There are so many people who have died, not because it was time for them to answer the call but because they were stripped of the divine protection of the father.

As a man of God, I have experienced so many incredible miracles not to know that the grace of protection and the covering is not sufficient for everyone, every time and everywhere. This explains why you will see someone survive a ghastly accident that took the life of others. Little wonder the book of Ephesians 5:16 says, See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. We must be wise in our doings, and we must learn to redeem each day with the precious blood of Jesus because every day is filled with evil.

The truth remains, terrible things happen almost every second in a day. That’s why we need to beg God for his protection especially in the morning before setting out. You are a young man or woman with huge aspirations. You wake up from bed each morning with your heads up high, ready to take on life until your goal unfolds. Well, I have seen young men and women who are more fierce than you caught up in the wind of life. They died before their aspirations were ripe enough to unfold. You don’t joke with God’s protection.

The children of Isreal would have died in the land of Egypt. They would have been wasted long before Moses was raised into a leader to bring them out of captivity. The intentions of the Egyptians were not to see the children of Isreal succeed or thrive. They went up against them every time they fear their number has grown tremendously. However, the protection of God Almighty was immensely upon the children of Isreal, and that’s why none of the plagues affected any of them.

Every morning before you step out of your house, you must seek the face of God. You must activate the protection of God over your life. It gives the devil no joy that you are happy. It gives him no joy that you are alive and thriving. The devil’s wish is to ensure that you are either dead or become a nonentity in life. This is why you must seek God early in the morning. Before you go out for your daily needs, say these prayers for protection and covering.

Prayer Points:

• Lord Jesus, I thank you for another beautiful day. I thank you for your grace bestowed on me to see a new day that you have made. Lord, may your name be highly exalted in the name of Jesus.
• Lord God, the scripture says See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. I pray for your unwavering protection over my family and me. I ask that your angels will guide me in my ways today even as I step out for work.
• Lord Jesus, it has been written, the eyes of the Lord are always upon the righteous. Father, I pray that your eyes will always be upon me today. I pray that your spirit will guide me in the right way to go, in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, by virtue of the blood that was shed on the cross of Calvary, I cancel every evil manipulation that has been designed against me today. I break into pieces every trap of the enemy that would cost me my life today in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, for it, has been written, But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one. I pray for your strength today. I activate your powerful protection over my life today in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, as I step out this morning, I pray that the angel of the Lord will go before me and remove every dangerous vice of the devil on the road. I prophesy I shall not fall victim to an accident today in the name of Jesus.
• I declare that kidnappers shall not come my way today in the name of Jesus. I decree that by the mercy of the Lord, I shall not fall victim to a stray bullet in the name of Jesus.
• I redeem this day with the precious blood of Jesus. I direct every blood suckling demon that has vowed to take life today to the cross of Calvary, where there is abundant blood flow in the name of Jesus.
• Father, the scripture says Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. I pray that you shall not forsake me today in the name of Jesus. I pray that the enemy will not triumph over me today in the name of Jesus.
• No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, declares the Lord.” Lord, I decree that every plan of the enemies to harm me today is nullified. I cancel their plans over my life today by the power in the name of Jesus.
• Father Lord, you have promised in your word that even if I pass through the fire, it shall not burn me. You promise to be with me when I pass through the waters of life. I activate this scripture over my life today in the name of Jesus.
• Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and Your staff comfort me. Father, I fear no evil today as I step for work. I put the angels of the lord in charge of my life; they will guide me in the right way to go today in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I pray that your protection will be upon me this morning. As I’m leaving the house in peace, I shall not return dead. I sanctify this day with the precious blood of Jesus, and I decree that it is free from evil in the name of Jesus. Amen.
