Prayer Points For Revival And Spiritual Awakening

Today we will be dealing with prayer points for revival and spiritual awakening. There is a great need for revival. A revival of the mind and spirit. Until this revival comes will we be able expand the kingdom of heaven on earth. The enemy knows that a great army is emerging and that’s why he will stop at nothing to ensure that the army doesn’t make it.

Beside expanding the kingdom of God, we also need this fire in our daily life to emerge and subdue the power of the enemy. The enemy doesn’t attack men of fire because he knows that it is a failed battle. That’s why the scripture advised that we are hot.

Even God wants us to be on fire as believers. Revelation 3:16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. This explains to us that God doesn’t want mediocre in his Kingdom. The spirit of God can birth the fire of revival in us. Isaiah 57:15 For this is what the high and exalted One says— he who lives forever, whose name is holy: “I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.

Today our prayer will be focused more on spiritual awakening. When there is an awakening in the spirit, there will be emergence of the sons of God. Romans 8:11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.

I decree by the authority of heaven, the spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead will come upon you today in the name of Jesus Christ. And the power of the Most High shall quicken your mortal body in the name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Points

• Father Lord, I thank you for your grace. I magnify you for your Mercy over my life, may your name be exalted in the name of Jesus Christ. 
• Father Lord, I ask that your spirit search through my life this moment, every embargo of sin and iniquity that will hinder the free flow of your spirit, I pray that they are taken away this moment in the name of Jesus Christ. 
• Lord, you have promised in your word; In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. I pray for the manifestation of this promise, I pray for its quick fulfilment today in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, I wait upon your promise, I wait upon your word, I wait upon your promise, that you will pour out your spirit upon all flesh. Your spirit that will give us power over sin, your spirit that will make us invincible to the enemy, I ask that by your mercy, you pour this spirit upon us in the name of Jesus Christ. 
• Lord, the eternal revival is coming, I ask that you count me worthy to be part of it. Prepare me as your valued soldier, wreathed in the honor of your word. Prepare master Jesus, make me worthy to be counted among the armies of the Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, if there be anything of hinderance in my life that will not allow me to be worthy of this honor, father please take away from me in the name of Jesus Christ. 
• Holy spirit of God, come like a mighty rush of wind and cleanse me from every form of iniquity. Grant me the power to overcome the power of sin. The spirit of the living God, the spirit of light and wisdom, I ask that you come into my home, come and dwell in my life. For the scripture says if the spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you, it will quicken your mortal body, Lord I pray that the spirit of God come and dwell in me in the name of Jesus Christ. 
• Father Lord, I come against every power of darkness that may want to stand in way of the spirit of God in my life, I decree that the power of God will knock them today in the name of Jesus Christ. I decree by the authority of heaven, my mortal body receive the strength of the spirit of God today in the name of Jesus Christ. In every areas where my strength is failing, I decree by the authority of heaven the power of God will strengthen me in the name of Jesus Christ. 
• Lord, I pray that my spirit man receive the strength that’s need to excel above the antics of the devil that wants to make me lukewarm. I refuse to lukewarm, I refuse to cold, for I’m made of fire, I decree that the fire upon my altar receive strength to burn in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, I ask that by your mercy you preserve the fire upon my altar till strength is given for it to burn vigorously in the name of Jesus Christ. 
• Father Lord, in every area that my spiritual strength is failing, I ask that your strength is made sufficient in the name of Jesus Christ. In anyway that my spirit man is starving, I pray for strength in the name of Jesus Christ. I decree that the power of life rest upon my spirit man in the name of Jesus Christ. The power that will cause a spiritual awakening, I decree by the authority of heaven that it rests upon me today in the name of Jesus Christ. 
• Father, I that you for answered prayers. I thank you because you have ignited the fire of revival in me. May your name be highly exalted in the name of Jesus Christ.
