Today we will be dealing with prophetic prayer points against delay. Truly they say delay is not denial but it is also important to have the things you need at the moment you need them the most. What’s the use of a degree when one is dead? what’s the essence of promotion that came after death? For every time and season in the life of a man, God has positioned some blessings. But the enemy often hinders this blessing or stops them from becoming manifest at the right time.
A man that is being tormented by the demon of delay will tarry in the waiting room for so long. He will strive to make things happen but because he is being tormented by delay, answers will not come. The spirit of delay can turn the journey of two months into 20 years. The things you ought to have acquired at the age of 30, the enemy might delay it. And if care is not taken, one might not have it till death.

The children of Israelites were confronted by the demon of delay. The journey that’s supposed to be 40 days eventually turns into 40 years. While their delay was caused by their sin, others are inherited. There are some families where people don’t achieve anything tangible until they are 40. They start getting degrees after 40 years. Some don’t have Children till after 10 years of marriage.
It is not the plan of God for you to be deprived of good things that are meant for you. Delay is the work of the enemy. God wants to destroy that demon over your life today. That’s why He has orchestrated these prophetic prayers against delay. Speak with authority. The scripture says declare a thing and it shall be established. The spirit of delay over your life is destroyed today in the name of Jesus Christ. I decree that the angel of the Lord will give you speed to acquire everything that has been delayed in your life in the name of Jesus Christ.

- Lord, I decree that every hall of Jericho in my way to success, every prince of Persia delaying my blessing, die today in the name of Jesus.
