Today we will be dealing with midnight prayers to expose the enemy. We have so many adversaries who nothing but destruction for us. The most dangerous kind of enemy is the one that’s hidden or that came under disguise of a friend. This type of enemy will infiltrate your life and continue to destroy you slowly from the inside, but you would not know. Because they are your closest friends. Until this enemy is exposed, there is no escaping from their whip. That’s why the midnight prayers to expose the enemy is very important.

When praying that the enemy be exposed, the best time for this prayer is in the midnight. The midnight is a delicate and important time in the realm of the spirit. At this time, men are mostly vulnerable because their body is at rest. And this is the time the enemy strikes most. So the idea is for you to beat the enemy at his game. Most importantly, the portal of heaven is less congested during the midnight because most people are sleeping already. At this time, you are not disturbed by interference or noise from the apartment of your neighbors. You can channel your energy and concentration to praying and getting answers.

It is important to know that until your enemy is exposed, you can’t avoid them. We are able to confront the battles that we know or see. The hidden ones remains our biggest weakness. I decree by the authority of heaven, every evil enemy that pose as a friend, May the power of God expose them to you this moment in the name of Jesus Christ. I decree that whatever their plan is against you is cancelled this moment in the name of Jesus Christ. The lord shall open the secret of the enemy to you, they shall be unclothed, unprotected, in the name Jesus Christ.

Here are some reasons why midnight prayer is highly important in our lives as Christians.

We Are Watchmen

Habakkuk 2:1 I will stand on my guard post. And station myself on the rampart; And I will keep watch to see what He will speak to me, And how I may reply when I am reproved.

Christians are watchmen. We are soldiers. We are prophets. We are priests. We are the mouthpiece of God to the people. So as a watchman, we are not expected to be sleeping on duty.

When a watchman sleeps, the lives and properties of the people is at great risk. Our adversary the devil roams about like a wounded lion looking for whom to devour. So as believers must stand watch to protect the people. We must stand upon our watch to hear from God and deliver His message to His people.

Prayer Is More Effective

The spiritual frequency is unwavering in the midnight. We are closer to the heaven at this time because most people are sleeping. The serenity we enjoy at night is top notch. At this time we are able to concentrate better and channel our energy into talking with God. It is a counter every evil attack the enemy has launched against us.

The midnight is a perfect time to design our day. We can talk to God, tell him our complains and worry and fear.

Midnight is Time For Encounter

The midnight hour is a time for great encounter. It is a time that mighty and significant things happen in the realm of the spirit. It was in the midnight that the angel of the descended and killed over 2000 Assyrian soldiers. And by morning King Hezekiah and his people were relieved from the oppression of a nation twice their size.

Jacob had a life changing encounter with God one midnight. He contended with the angel of the Lord all night and by morning he had become a new creature. The midnight hour is a time of encounter.

• Father Lord, I pray that you expose every enemy posing as a friend. Every evil man and woman posing as a family, I pray that you disgrace them in the name of Jesus Christ.
• Father, do not let the enemy succeed over my life before you expose them. I pray that by your mercy, you expose their evil intentions towards me in the name of Jesus Christ. 
• I pray for the spirit of revelation over my life. Let my eyes of spirit be opened that I may see evil friends and acquittance the exact way they are in the name of Jesus Christ.

• Father I pray for divine separation between me and the enemy acting as a friend. I decree that you cause us to separate in the name of Jesus Christ. 
• Father, I prophesy that every ploy of the devil and his agents to take my life and that of my family suddenly shall backfire on their heads, in Jesus name.
• Father, let your mercy deliver my family’s soul from the grave, in Jesus name.
• Father, every appointment with death in my family is hereby instantly turned to disappointments, in Jesus name.
• Father, those who are on death row in my family are released unconditionally by the blood of Jesus Christ
• Father, every chain of darkness and death over my family are broken to pieces, in Jesus name.
• Father, in my family, we are delivered from death, tears and from every form of sorrow, in Jesus name.
• Father, I decree that no matter what, I and my family members shall not die before our time, in Jesus name.
• Father, turn me and my family away from the highway that leads to death and bring us to the way of long and fruitful life, in Jesus name.
• Father, deliver those who are inline to be slaughtered by the enemy in my family and break the necks of the enemies that are sent to slaughter, in Jesus name.
• Father, I prophesy today that I and my family are a new creation and we have conquered death, I declare that I and my family shall be satisfied with long life, in Jesus name.
• Father, in my family, premature death has been swallowed up in victory forever, in Jesus name.
• Father, I declare today that all covenant of death over my life and my family is annulled and shall not stand in Jesus name.
