Biblical Meaning of Darkness In The Dream.

Today we will be dealing with Biblical Meaning of Darkness in The Dream.

The Bible says a lot of things about darkness. The world was in a total state of darkness until God said let there be light and there was light.

Gen 1vs 2 and 3,  And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

Light came and darkness couldn’t comprehend the power of light. The ways of the wicked is darkness. The interpretations of darkness can be tragic and needs prayers. In biblical settings darkness means violence, evil, death, wickedness, sorrow  pains, satanic bondage, evil deeds to mention a few.

Symbolic Meaning of Darkness

Darkness symbolizes destruction and the tools that the devil use to wage war against the children of light. Darkness is commonly used by the devil to attack the children of light, the devil has come to kill, steal and destroy. When you dream of darkness it means you should pray about something that is bothering you. Darkness bring fear and pains.

When you dream of darkness it means there are some spiritual forces that are after your destiny. Demons have the power to operate and work in darkness. The book of Ephesians 6 vs 12 says for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

We wrestle against people that we can’t even fight with as they’re not to be seen physically, it takes the power of God to overcome this forces. If you dream of walking in darkness, that means some spiritual forces have sent in confusion into your life and this can make you experience many evil setbacks such as demotion at work, failure, confusion, disappointment and many more.

If you’re having this dream repeatedly, it shows that some evil forces are mentioning your names repeatedly mentioning your names and planning evil against you. When you have this type of dream, fear not, just pray to God to radiate His light over your life and shut the mouth of the devil concerning your life. John 1 vs 4 to 5; In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. Jesus is the light of the world and only Him can brighten our path.

If you have any dream like this, just pray to God because it definitely shows that the evil and wicked ones are operating over your life. To dream about darkness exposes your life to spiritual attack. If you find yourself walking in darkness in the dream it means you should check yourself, you’re doing things that are without gains and roaming around aimlessly in the real world. Even Jesus was condemned at night, lord of evil happens when it is dark.

If you find yourself walking in darkness with a person in the dream, it means that you should be careful, some one around you is trying to hurt you or lead you astray or taking you to a place where your destiny doesn’t want. If you’re planning to travel and you have this dream, it’s advisable you don’t go or you ask for the blood of Jesus because most times it’s telling you that you might be attacked on the road or there will have a road accident so you have to be careful and prayerful. Basically seeing yourself in darkness shows you’re caged spiritually and needs to pray.

• Lord Jesus annul the plans of the evil ones concerning my life
• Help me Holy Spirit and shine forth your light into my life
• Destroy the works of the devil concerning my life, annul the plans of the devil.
• Include your prayer request and heart desires.
• Thank you Jesus for the answered prayers.
