Prayer Points For Strength When Failing

Today we will be dealing with prayer points for strength when failing. Failure is one of the demons that we have to contend with. In this context, failure doesn’t only apply to academic excellence or the lack of it. Failure could be a difficult time in the life of a believer. It is a moment of our life when nothing is working. This face of life is inevitable, and the early we accept its certainty, the better for us as believers.

The book of John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world, you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” God has assured us of victory regardless of the situation we may find ourselves in. Your friends are married; you are the only one single, be rest assured that God has a plan for you. On no account should you allow your present predicament to sway you away from God. You have been trying to secure admission for years. Meanwhile, virtually all your mates are done with school, do not fret.

The scripture has promised us that these difficult times will not stay with us forever. It will be our undoing to be defeated by temporary failure. How do you stay afloat when failing? This is where prayer for strength comes to play. Job must have spent more time praying to God for strength than he asked for healing or recovery. God will undoubtedly restore every good thing that he has lost in due time. Job only needed to maintain good faith in the Lord.

Prayer is the secret weapon for defeating moments of failure. The scripture says in the book of Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. The plan of God is not for us to be consumed by failure. He has a better plan for us. We just need to maintain good faith in Him. He will surely make everything beautiful in his time.

When you feel like nothing is working for you, these prayers of strength should be on your lips. It is an affirmation that gives you the strength to keep believing that God will perform His wonders in due time.

Prayer Points:

• Lord Jesus, I come before you this day. The time is hard for me. It seems nothing is working for me, and sometimes I feel I have been left behind by the time of things. I ask that you will strengthen me during this difficult time. Grant me the strength to keep my faith in you burning.
• Lord God, the scripture says let the weak say I’m strong, let the poor say I’m rich. I prophesy strength into my being today. I decree by the authority of heaven, the strength of God Almighty come upon me today in the name of Jesus.
• The scripture says I will lift my head to hills. Where will my help come from? My help will come from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth. Righteous Father, I ask that you will help me in my moment of great need. In this moment of terrible weakness, I pray that you will fly me your strength in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I lift my head to the throne of grace, and I draw strength from it today. The scripture says, let us, therefore, come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy. I ask for strength in this moment of distress, and I pray that you release it to me in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, I believe firmly in your death and resurrection. I’m a testimony of your victory over sin and death. I key into the covenant of victory over failure in the name of Jesus. If the grave can not hold the body of Christ beyond three days, I speak success into my life today in the name of Jesus.
• Lord God, I refuse to be defeated by this trying time. Your word says surely we will face tribulations, but we should be of good fate because you have conquered the world. Lord, I rely on the promise of your word. I rely on your strength today.
• The scripture said When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion, We were like those who dream. Lord, I pray for restoration upon my life today. Every year wasted in the toxic battle to failure. I restore them today in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I come against every spirit of fear in my life today in the name of Jesus. For it has been written, I have not given you the spirit of fear but of adoption to cry Abba father. Lord, in any way fear is trying to consume my faith, I pray that you shall destroy my fear in the name of Jesus.
• Father Lord, my heart has been broken by failure. The terrible pain of failure has plunged my heart. I ask that by your strength, you will mend my broken heart. I pray that your holy spirit will come upon me and minister to my wounded heart in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, I pray for the supernatural strength to set my gaze upon the cross. I don’t want to run in the time of another man. I don’t want my life to be a reflection of another’s shadow. I want to be what you have destined me to be. I’m trusting the process. Give me the strength to focus on the cross in the name of Jesus.
• Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavily laden, and I will give you rest. I ask that you will give me rest today. I cast all my cares on you. I pray that you will grant a soul to my troubled mind in the name of Jesus.
• The scripture says declare a thing, and it shall be established. I decree by the authority of heaven; failure is no longer my portion. The power of God removes every arrow of failure in my life in the name of Jesus. From today, I speak success into my life and existence. Everything I lay my hands upon shall be fruitful. My land shall no longer be addressed as desolate. My men shall be victorious, and anywhere the sole of my feet touch will be taken in possession for me in the name of Jesus. Amen.
