Prayer Points Against The dark Cloud In Nigeria

Today we will be dealing with prayer points against dark cloud in Nigeria. The last few years has been quite taunting in the country. The country has witnessed some of the ugliest events in its long aged history. The killings of innocent protesters by unknown gunmen at the Lekki Tollgate on the 20th of October 2020 is a dark spot on the history of this country. After that time, evil has not departed from this land with numerous killings here and there. Ethnic and tribal fight has become the order of the day, Fulani herdsmen won’t stop killing people, kidnappers have taken their business to the next level, series of ugliness and bitter has overwhelmed the country.

We need no soothsayer to tell us that there is dark cloud over the country and until that cloud of darkness is taken away, peace might be a luxury too much to seek. As recently as two days ago, the new Chief of Army staff Lieutenant-General Attahiru Ibrahim and other senior officers in the Nigerian military died in a gory plane crash in Kaduna state. This makes it the third time this year that the Nigerian army will experience plane crash which claimed the lives of many people. This is among many other evil and unpleasant events that has happened in recent times. It is important that we recognise the fact that the country is not going well. The land is terribly sick, we must call on God to heal the land of Nigeria and take away the dark cloud that is upon this country.

The book of 2 chronicles 7:14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. We will be praying for forgiveness of God over this country and this dark cloud should be taken away from this nation. I pray by the authority of heaven, every dark cloud upon this nation is taken away in Jesus name.

Prayer Points:

• Father Lord, I pray that you will take away the dark cloud that is upon this nation. Cause your divine light to shine and chase out darkness upon the land of Nigeria in Jesus name.
• Lord Jesus, the scripture says if the foundation is spoil what shall the righteous do? Lord I pray that by your power you will go to the foundation of this country and correct every abnormalities in it in the name of Jesus.
• For it has been written and the light shine so bright in darkness and the darkness comprehend it not. I pray by the authority of heaven, you will light up this country in the name of Jesus. I pray that your overwhelming light will shine upon the darkness of Nigeria.
• Lord Jesus, I come against every ritual killings in Nigeria by the fire of the holy ghost. I pray that you will send your fire to the camp of every ritualists and kidnappers in Nigeria and you will destroy them in your dreadful vengeance in Jesus name.
• Lord Jesus, I sanctify the roads from accident, I sanctify the air from every air mishap in the name of Jesus. From today, there shall be no more accident in Nigeria in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, I pray that you will cause every leader of tribal and ethnic division to see you. I pray that you will teach them to love one Nigeria and embrace it in Jesus name.
• Lord God, just like you removed Saul from the palace as king over Isreal, I pray that you will remove every bad leader that we forced upon ourselves in Jesus name.
• Lord every leader like Saul that would not listen to you, I pray that by the fire of the holy ghost, you will change them in Jesus name.
• Lord Jesus, every demonic power that stands on the high way to create terrible accidents, I decree that the fire of the holy come upon them this moment in the name of Jesus.
• Every agenda of the enemy to cause mishap on the road by falling fuel tanks, I ask that by the fire of the holy ghost, you will destroy such powers in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, I revive every blood of innocent people that has been shed in this country. In any way their blood cries for vengeance, I decree that the mercy of God will speak in the name of Jesus.
• Lord, every plan and agenda of the enemies of this nation to create more unfortunate incident is destroyed by the fire of the holy ghost.
• Every blood suckling demons in Nigeria, catch fire in the name of Jesus. Every demonic cabals that have stolen the affairs of the nation, I pray that the fire of the holy ghost come upon them in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, I decree over this country, there shall be no more killings in the name of Jesus. There shall be no more bloodshed in the name of Jesus.
• I pray by the mercy of the Lord, the sins of this nation is forgiven in the name of Jesus. By the reason of the blood that was shed on the cross of Calvary, we cancel every blood seeking for vengeance over Nigeria or her people in the name of Jesus.
• Lord Jesus, I pray that your power will visit every man and woman at the helm of power, your holy spirit and power that search deep things will go forth and search their hearts, whoever doesn’t have good intentions for this nation shall be brought to justice in the name of Jesus.
• I pray that by your mercy Lord Jesus, you will raise more leaders like Joshua, like David that will lead this nation out of captivity into the destined land that you have created for this nation in Jesus name.
• Lord every king like Absalom that stole the throne from the one you have chosen to sit on it, we pray that you shall remove them from the seat of power in the name of Jesus. From today, I pray that you shall enthrone men after your heart in the name of Jesus.
