Today we will be dealing with prayer points to relief stress. Stress is inevictable in the life of an adult. Fear, anxiety and stress are part of adulthood. Reports have shown that 19 percent adult are suffering from anxiety disorder. The uncertainty of life can lead to stress and anxiety. And if it is not managed very carefully, it can lead to serious mental illness.

The enemy can torment our lives with so many problems that could build up anxiety in us. It is a serious mental disease that affects the mind and brain simultaneously. When stress build up unchecked, it can lead to insomnia which could lead to a more serious health condition.

All of these problems can be checked if only we know how to manage our stress. Managing stress can be more difficult than we think. However, with the right support, you will overcome stress and anxiety. God wants to take charge of your life situations. He created you and His plans for your life is good and not evil to give you an expected end.

God wants to take away the stress and anxiety from your life and give you peace of mind. I pray by the mercy of the Lord, for as many of you going through one stress or another, may God take out your stress. I ask that the spirit of God will go to the source of that situation causing anxiety or fear and stop it today in the name of Jesus Christ.

Every pain and sorrow, every raging battle the enemy is trying to use to intimidate me, I decree peace and be still today in the name of Jesus Christ.
• Father Lord, I ask that by your mercy, you will endow me with the grace of possibilities. Every good thing that seemed too impossible to accomplish, I ask that by your mercy you will make them possible in the name of Jesus Christ.
• Lord, every confounding situations are made simple before me in the name of Jesus Christ. I ask for the grace of ease, I decree that you put it upon me in the name of Jesus Christ. Everything I lay my hands upon from now will be done at ease in the name of Jesus Christ.
