Today we will be dealing with Prayer For Favor At Work. If you are feeling frustrated at work and it seems you are not moving forward, favor of God prayer is what you need. Asking God for favor over your work can help you bring success to your work. How that a man will earn multiple promotions as against the standard of an organization. That’s the favor of God working.
One of the ways to find the favor of God is through prayer. When you pray to God seeking favor, it means you have acknowledged the fact that you are insufficient. It is an acknowledgment that your qualifications and skills can’t take you further in your work. And you recognize the supremacy of God over everything and everyone that He has created including your boss. Remember the scripture said in the book of Proverbs 21:1 In the LORD’s hand the king’s heart is a stream of water that he channels toward all who please him. Prayer can make God put it in the heart of men to favor you.

Another way to earn the favor of God at work is by living a life that pleases God. Proverbs 16:7 When the LORD takes pleasure in anyone’s way, he causes their enemies to make peace with them. When you live a life that pleases God, you will find favor at work. All you need to do is ask God. You need to say the prayer for favor with boss. And since God has the heart of men and kings, he can put it in the heart of your boss to favor you at work.
In my years in ministry, I have seen God wrath wonders among His people. I have seen an employee earning the love and trust of his employer without struggling for it. And this employee continues to grow at work. You can also earn favor in the sight of your boss. I decree by the authority of heaven, the grace to find favor in the sight of your boss is released to you today in the name of Jesus Christ.
I ask that the spirit of God removes the tag of hatred and dislike that is hindering you from finding favor at work in the name of Jesus Christ.

- Every agent of disgrace, backwardness and shame, release me in the name of Jesus. I come against every demon of backwardness in my life today. I decree by the authority of heaven, I’m unstoppable today in the name of Jesus.
- I overthrow every evil throne, installed against my life, in Jesus’ name. That evil throne that has been established over me at work, I scatter you today in the name of Jesus Christ. Every throne of stagnation that has been designed against me, the fire of the Lord destroy you today in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Every agent of disorder in my life, scatter unto desolation, in the name of Jesus. Every demon that scatter my good plan. Every agent of disorderliness, I come against you by the authority of heaven in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Every power, fueling my problems, fall down and die, in Jesus’ name. I come against every demon giving stagnation power over me, lose your hold over me today in the name of Jesus Christ.
- I release myself from any curse working in my family, in Jesus’ name. You curse of stagnation working in my family. You curse of backwardness, I break you today in the name of Jesus Christ. For it has been written, Christ has been made curse for us because curse is he that is hung on the tree. I free myself from every curse operating in my family in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Every spiritual vulture, delegated against me, eat your own flesh, in the name of Jesus. You vulture coronated to eat up my promotion, die today in the name of Jesus Christ.
- I receive the shoes of iron, and I trample upon serpents and scorpions, in the name of Jesus. Every scorpion and serpent working against my progress at work, I destroy you today in the name of Jesus Christ. I receive power to defeat you today in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Every root of cleverly concealed problem, be uprooted, in Jesus name. I disgrace every evil wisdom working against my breakthroughs, in the name of Jesus.
- In the power of the Holy Spirit, I crush all my enemies in Jesus’ name. I speak my promotion into reality today in the name of Jesus Christ. I decree by the authority of heaven, I’m unstoppable.
- In the power of the Holy Spirit, I put every evil under my feet, in the name of Jesus. I receive the grace of divine acceleration to attain great feat in the name of Jesus Christ
- O Lord, let me be extraordinary. I refuse to be shallow, I refuse to be ordinary. I receive the grace of God that will make me excellent in the name of Jesus Christ. Just like Daniel excelled above all his peers, I also receive this grace over my work in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Holy Spirit, deposit Your wonders in my life, in the name of Jesus. The wonders of the Lord that will make me qualify for double promotion, I decree that it comes upon me today in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Lord Jesus, break my infirmity into pieces and destroy my disease. Lord Jesus, destroy satanic-foundations and build me upon Your word. Lord Jesus, set me ablaze with your Spirit.
- Divine earthquake, shake down the foundation of every satanic prison, in the name of Jesus. I let loose confusion, shame and reproach into the camp of the enemy, in the name of Jesus. I bind every evil spirit, withstanding good testimonies in my life, in the name of Jesus.
- Every scheme of men of men designed against me at work, I humiliate you today in the name of Jesus Christ. It has been written, the heart of man and king is in the hands of the Lord. I decree that the hands of the lord will touch every man and woman that can facilitate my promotion in the name of Jesus Christ.
- I pray that you bless me with grace so that I may find favor in the sight of the management in the name of Jesus Christ. I pray that you shall make them not to have peace of mind until I’ve been duly promoted in the name of Jesus Christ.
