Today we will be dealing with prayers against wasted efforts. Do you feel your results are not rightly proportion to the efforts you invested into a task? Do you think your efforts don’t yield maximum success? Do you think you are being tormented by the demon of wasted efforts? You are not alone. Most times, we associate efforts with success. We think our success should be measured by the amount of effort we invested into the task. However, in most cases, hard work doesn’t translate into success.
There are people whose life is being riddled by the demon of wasted efforts. These are the people you see work tirelessly but they have no success to show for their efforts. The joy of every parent is to reap the fruit of their labor over their children, but when the child dies or the parent dies before they could reap the fruit of their labor, this is a wasted effort.

It can be so depressing when your efforts are wasted or when they don’t translate into desired success. I decree over your life today, there shall be no more wasted efforts. You shall not labor in vain anymore in the name of Jesus Christ. I decree that the grace of God that eliminates labor will come upon your life today in the name of Jesus Christ. I ask by the grace of the Lord, all your wasted efforts in the past shall bring success in the name of Jesus Christ.
Apostle Peter was confronted with wasted efforts. He labored day and night and could not catch a fish. His efforts were wasted until Christ appeared. I decree over life today, Christ will appear for you today in the name of Jesus Christ. Over the area of your life that your efforts are wasted, I decree by the authority of heaven that they are destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ.
If you think your efforts are not properly appreciated where you work, or you have not earned the reward of your sweat, then you should take these prayers against wasted efforts seriously.
Prayers Against Wasted Efforts
- Father Lord, I pray that you destroy the works of opportunity waster in my life. Every power of the enemy that sees opportunities long before I see them and try to waste the opportunity, I decree that you consume them with fire in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Lord, every monitoring spirit attached to my life from the Kingdom of darkness to monitor every opportunity you are sending my way just to destroy them, I decree that the wrath of God will come upon such spirits today in the name of Jesus Christ.
- I cancel the plan of destiny waster and destiny destroyers over my life. Every bad attitude that the enemy has inflicted me with to destroy my destiny, I pray that you will help me correct them today in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Father, every scheme of destiny destroyer over my life, I decree that they are nullified today in the name of Jesus Christ. I shall fullfil the purpose of my existence in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Father, as king Herod could not stop Jesus, as the Pharisees could not stop him from fulfilling the purpose of His existence, I pray by the mercy of God, no power shall be able to stop me in the name of Jesus Christ.
- I cancel every power of the enemy over my life today in the name of Jesus Christ. Every demonic possession of the enemy that hinder me from identifying opportunities and stop me from fully utilizing them, I pray that such evil possession are cancelled today in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Father, I come against every evil manipulation to waste my time in life. I ask for the grace of speed and direction in life. The grace of speed that will make me go faster in life and the direction of God that will help not to go astray, I pray that you grant me thus spirit in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Father, I decree that from today, the spirit of God Almighty quicken my mortal man. I ask that the spirit of God Almighty will strengthen my spirit being and it will open my inner eyes to see opportunities where others can’t see it. I ask that the spirit of God will show me the tings to do to become exceptional in life in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Father Lord, every agent of darkness that the enemy has sent into my life as friends to destroy my destiny, I pray that you seperate us today in the name of Jesus Christ. I decree that a divine seperation come between me and every agent of darkness sent to destroy my destiny. I come against the power of every evil neighbor the enemy is using to slow me down. I destroy the influence of every environmental coven that devil is uses to destroy people’s destiny in the name of Jesus Christ.
- I come against the enchantment of star hunter in my life. Every hunter of destiny in my life, Lord, let them be destroyed in the name of Jesus.
- Every evil glass that the enemy is using to monitor my progress in life, let thunder destroy such glass in the name of Jesus.

Hello pastor there’s a rental house that I own that since 2220 has been attracting wrong clients who wase or destroy my property.Some want to get away with bills . The Last one I had left this month after such a struggle leaving behind uncleared water bill of Ksh 9187.and breaking equipment in the bathroom and toilet.Meanwhile the turnover in the house is so high.Iam frustrated given I spent the early part of this year repairing and correcting the water system, I’ve even installed tanks and water pumping machines.As I speak Iam stuck.
