Prayer Points For Those On Missionary

Today we will be dealing with prayer points for those on missionary. The problems that missionary men and women encounter in their respective locations are overwhelming. Some of them faces health issues due to change of location, some faces insecurities, prosecution from people that doesn’t like the gospel of Christ and so many others.

Spreading the gospel of Christ is not an easy task. While we are home enjoying the warm comfort of out bed, there are people out there trying all they could to spread the gospel. The best we can do is to assist them through Intercession. Our prayers for them will be in diverse categories. We will be praying for protection, health, spiritual warfare, provision and many others.

Prayer For Provision

Father in heaven, you are the great provider. We ask that you provide for those in the villages and cities who have no other job than to spread the gospel. Lord, according to your riches in glory through Christ Jesus, we pray that all their needs is taken care of in the name of Jesus. We pray Lord that they shall not lack any good thing in the name of Jesus.

For it has been written, God will supply all our needs according to his riches in glory through Christ Jesus. Lord, provide for them in the name of Jesus. Let help come for them even from places they least expected in the name of Jesus.

Prayer for Spiritual Warfare

Lord God, we pray for all the missionaries who are in the field spreading the gospel. We come against every spiritual attacks that may arise against them in their respective fields. Let God arise and let His enemies be scattered. Lord, any evil man or woman that may want to attack the missionaries spiritually because they are spreading the Gospel, we pray that the fire of God Almighty consume them in the name of Jesus.

Lord, the missionaries have become a target to the enemy only because they have set themselves aside to spread the gospel of Christ. You are the God that fight for the helpless, we pray that you arise for their sake today in the name of Jesus.

Prayer For Protection

Lord Jesus, you are the one who created the eyes but doesn’t sleep not slumber. You are the protector of Goshen, the one that watches over his people. We ask that by your mercy you spread your hands of protection over every missionaries in nooks and crannies of this country.

For it has been written that the eyes of the Lord is always upon the righteous and His ears are always attentive to their prayers. We pray Lord that your eyes will be upon them in the name of Jesus. We pray Lord that you will not let any evil to befall them or come near their dwelling place in the name of Jesus.

Prayer For Fruitfulness

Missionary will be useless if it doesn’t yield any good fruit. Lord, we pray that you will crown their efforts with outstanding Success in the name of Jesus. We pray Lord Jesus that every man and woman who are in the field preaching the gospel, we pray that you will make their life fruitful in the name of Jesus.

Lord we pray that through their efforts, you will convert souls unto you in the name of Jesus.

Prayer For Encouragement

Lord Jesus, we pray that you will give strength to all missionaries who are away in the field preaching the good news of Christ’s death and ressurection. Lord, in their moment of weakness give them strength. We come against the spirit of tiredness and weariness, Lord grant strength to their soul in the name of Jesus.

Prayer For Wisdom

Lord Jesus, the missionaries are long away from home spreading the good news of Christ. Many of them are in a strange land where they know nothing about the people there. Father we pray that you will grant them wisdom to relate with the people of that community in the name of Jesus.

We pray that you will guide their tongues, grant them the grace to know when to speak and when yo remain silent. Give them the wisdom to know when to act and when to react in the name of Jesus. We pray that the Holy spirit of God will come mightily upon them in the name of Jesus. The spirit of God that will tell them what to do, the spirit of God that will give them Wisdom, Lord let it come upon them in the name of Jesus.

Prayer For Good Health

Father Lord, we pray for the missionaries, we ask that you will grant them good health in the name of Jesus. For those of them that are down with one sickness or another, we pray that you will heal them completely in the name of Jesus.

We ask that you will give them a strong health, for them to be able to do their jobs well, Lord grant it to them in the name of Jesus.

Prayer For Spiritual Guidance

God, you are not an author of confusion. Graciously let a ray of your light penetrate the darkness of their understanding. We pray that you will teach them things to do and you will guide them on the path to follow.

Lord we pray that you will not confound them with confusion, we ask that your holy spirit and power will lead them in their ways in the name of Jesus.

Conclusively, we pray that they will not miss it. As they have devoted their lives to ensure that salvation is taken to all mankind, we pray that they will not lose their faith. We pray for them Lord Jesus, we ask that you help them stand with you to the very end.

We pray that they will not be distracted in the name of Jesus. We come against every vices of the enemy that may want to destroy their fate, we destroy it in the name of Jesus. Amen.
