Today we will be dealing with prayer points for success in JAMB examination. The Joint Admission Matriculation Board Examination is one of the most popular examinations in Nigeria. Reasonably, many people have become a regular customer of Jamb. They keep writing the examination every year simply because they have continued to experience failure in the examination.
The unfortunate thing is that without this examination, there is no possible of gaining admission into the University or Polytechnic. Today, besides the prayer for success in the examination, we will be teaching aspiring students some tips on how to pass the examination successfully. Christ is not a failure, hence, you can’t continue to fail. I decree by the authority of heaven, every power that keeps blocking you when you writing Jamb examinations, I pray that they catch fire in the name of Jesus.

Tips To Pass JAMB Examination
Study The JAMB Syllabus
When there is no direction, people get lost. The JAMB syllabus contains the scheme of work for the examination council. This is where the examination questions will be picked from. The JAMB syllabus gives aspiring students a direction of what to read and things to prepare for the examination.
One of the reasons why JAMB release this syllabus to students is to assist them in knowing the areas to read. The examination council understands that it is not possible to have student read up the entire scheme of work. So the syllabus is more like the Area of Concentration for the examination.
Read The Novel
Jamb examination questions cover four subjects. Among the four subject, English is the most compulsory that every students will write regardless of the course they picked. If a student can score high mark in English language, it boost their opportunity of having high score in the total.
One of the most important segment of the English questions is the literature review which are usually questions form a literary text that was given to aspiring students. While you study the syllabus, ensure you create spare time to study the novel.
Use Past Questions
Another tip for success in the examination is by using the past question. Most times, questions are being repeated. However, how can a student capitalize on this if he/she doesn’t study the past question?
While you study the Jamb syllabus, ensure you use the past questions to study the structure of question formation.
Learn How To Use Computer
Gone are the days when the exams are written with ink and paper, now it is with the computer. This has streamlined success only to those who have an idea of how to use the computer.
Even while you expend time in studying the syllabus and using the past questions, also create time to learn how to use the computer if you don’t know how to operate one. Even if you know the answer correctly, you might still fail it because of your level of computer knowledge.
Ask For Help
The moment a man thinks he is sufficient enough to do things all by himself, God will excuse Himself and let the person suffer. Don’t be too carried away with the tension of examination that you forget the place of God.
Do not rely on your mortal knowledge alone that you don’t see any need for help from God. For God is always ready to help those that ask for it. Little wonder the scripture says in the book of Mathew 7:7 Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. God has never denied help from anyone who asked for it.
Pray For The Sanctification of The Computers
One other reason why some people fail Jamb is not because they are dullards, sometimes it is caused by the inadequacy of the computer. When you close your eyes to pray for the Jamb examination, pray to God to touch all the computers will be used, most importantly the one that you will use.
Pray that the computers are in good shape to function on that day.
I pray by the mercy of God Almighty, you shall not fail this examination in the name of Jesus. The spirit of failure is broken by the authority of heaven.

- Lord Jesus, I magnify you for the gift of life, Lord may your name be highly exalted in the name of Jesus.
- Lord Jesus, i rebuke every plans of the enemy to make me sit for another Jamb examination in the name of Jesus.
- Lord Jesus, I pray for the grace to understand things correctly and fundamentally. I pray that by the authority of heaven, success is mine in the name of Jesus.
- I come against every form of implications, let it be destroyed in the name of Jesus. I sanctify all the computers by the precious blood of Christ. I pray that on that day, they will not malfunction in the name of Jesus.
- I come against every spirit of failure in my life, I pray that it is destroyed in the name of Jesus.
- Lord Jesus, I plead that beyond the past questions and syllabus that your spirit will guide me on things to read in the name of Jesus.
- I come against every form of distraction in my way, let them be destroyed in the name of Jesus. I come against every plans of the enemies to implicate me, I destroy them by the fire of the holy ghost.
- Lord, I pray that your holy spirit will come mightily upon me. I receive the grace to be successful in the name of Jesus.
- Lord, I come against every spirit of forgetfulness inside me in the name of Jesus. From today, when I read something I will understand them correctly and fundamentally. The spirit of forgetfulness, I break your yoke over me in the name of Jesus.
- I decree by the authority of heaven that this attempt will be the last time I will write jamb again in the name of Jesus. I pray for spiritual acceleration in the name of Jesus
