Today we will be explaining the 5 signs of spiritual attack. Many believers are ignorantly sufferings the attack of the enemy. Until you come to the realization that there is an attack, you might not be able to free yourself from it.

Spiritual attacks comes in different ways . It might be on your ;

• Finances,
• Breakthroughs
• Health
• Family
• Progress

Spiritual attack on our daily lives can affect our lives negatively in many areas.

Effects of spiritual attack on ones lives;

• You begin to notice you loose opportunities in big places
• You start experiencing downfall
• Failed promises and getting disappointed
• Getting rejected where you are supposed to be accepted

In the paragraph below let’s talk about 5 signs that will show that one is spiritually attacked.

5 signs of spiritual attack

Feeling Depressed, worrying, helpless and stagnant;

Depression is a constant feeling of sadness and loss of interest, which stops you from doing your normal activities. Different types of depression exist, with symptoms ranging from relatively minor to severe. You start loosing interest in activities that get you excited before. Generally, depression occurs from a series of events which can get you worried and helpless. For instance things are not going your way, you start experiencing stagnancy in so many areas.

When we face stagnation in life, it’s a sign of deeper issues. Stagnancy in life, is a symptom of a problem.

Are you feeling depressed by circumstances? That could be a sign that you are under attack.. It doesn’t take long for feelings of being overwhelmed by problems to lead to hopelessness and frustration The Bible says, “Hope deferred makes the heart sick” (Prov. 13:12). It also tells us, “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Heb. 11:1). If the enemy can get you to lose hope, he can get you to stop living by faith, and when your faith is stagnant it becomes a problem for you.It becomes easier for the enemy to take over ones life. The solution is to go closer to God because that’s the only solutions to ones problem and way of moving for ward in life

Backwardness in ones Glory and fulfillment of ones destiny

Backwardness is a demonic spirit that has placed people in their formal place, school and village in their dreams. The spirit of backwardness cannot allow people to progress. It restricts the children of God from so many things in life. For example, dreaming about the village, formal house, former school is a sign of backwardness, retrogression and stagnation. A man who is expecting a contract job from a person, but by the time he finished dreaming about former areas where he has lived before, that contract would not come to pass. A man who has been promised a gift but few hours to get the promised ,he was denied,this could cause him to feel bad and dejected. The bible says ;

Deuteronomy 1:6-8, The LORD our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount: Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all [the places] nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates. Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them. name.” Dream of backwardness exist in many people’s dream today. Perfect example is that of Joseph in the Bible when he had dreams of greatness. He made it known to his household and they tried to kill him. they even sold him out as a slave. They tried to pull him back and kill his dream, so that Joseph would not be able to achieve his destiny. At last he became the Prime Minister. His dream came to pass

I pray that every area of our lives we’ve been experiencing backwardness God will move us forward in Jesus name and destroy the activities, conspiracy and gatherings of the enemies concerning our lives and that of our family in Jesus name .Amen

Weak Prayer life

The fourth sign that you are under spiritual attack is a weakening prayer life. Remember when Jesus said to His disciples

Could you not watch with Me one hour?” Jesus asked His disciples. Then He told them, “Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak” (Matt. 26:40-41).

The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. When we start falling into temptation, the next sign of spiritual attack is sure to follow: pulling away from godly relationships. You used to be active in every spiritual gatherings in church and fellowships gathering, you suddenly pulled out of relationships with people at church or with people in your small group, your prayer life start deteriorating, you become more carnally minded , you start feeding your flesh more , your circle which used to be spiritually minded and mindful of the things of the kingdom ,you pray together and study the scripture together, you have changed your circle to the carnally minded ones , different problems keep coming up in your life and above us you haven’t seen any reasons to pray. You forgot the scripture that says;

• watch and pray
• Pray without ceasing
• Pray always for the days are full of evil but are redeemed with prayer.

You’ve lost your place in the kingdom of God and as a general of God

Have you noticed this sign ,it’s time you wake up from your slumber, and fight for yourself, heaven help those who help themselves. Wake up dear !!!

It’s high time you started praying and keep your altar burning again, little sleep, little slumber can hurt your life. The devil is going about looking for whom to devour, don’t give yourself out as a tool to be used by the devil. I pray God will settle you and remove you from the shackles of the devil in Jesus name.

Lack of peace and happiness

During a spiritual attack there is often great confusion about spiritual direction. This is one of the effect of an attack, to get a believer out of destiny. That wrong move begins by bringing confusion,lack of peace , frustration and happiness, you just find yourself in a moody state of mind. The enemy keeps the mind with different thoughts to steal ones peace of mind until one becomes irritated, frustrated, confused and exhausted. The enemy does all that he can to bring mental exhaustion.A lack of energy and strength can make one not to seek for help.Certainly, these issues can occur with natural problems, lack of sleep or health battles. In this case though, the root cause is the effect of prolonged spiritual attacks.

Old habits start to resurface

You find out that the old things you were done with after you accepted Lord Jesus as your Lord and savior begin to resurface, a born again that stopped drinking starts finding himself drinking again since he’s been experiencing set backs in all areas. The devil wants the children of God to perish so he will foro any length to make sure you drown and get you destroyed. He attacks you with the things you love just like he did with our dear Lord Jesus and also our brother Job. It’s now left to us to fight our ways through just like Jesus and brother Job did.

The only solutions to get yourself out of spiritual attack is to pray and seek God’s face. I will also advise you to see mentorship from a Godly father who will put you through and help you regain your stance back. God bless you all. AMEN
