Every healthy child is a growing child. One of the major characteristics of a living thing is growth. If you are not growing, it means you are dying. The word of God is the balance diet for the soul, without it you cannot experience spiritual growth.

D). Attending Church Regularly
E). Putting The Word To Work In Your Life

2). Prayers: Jesus speaking in Luke 18:1 , he said we should pray always and not faint. If the word is the food for the soul, then prayers is the exercise for the soul.
